I absolutely loved my stay at this tranquil boutique hotel in the heart of the Winelands. The grounds were stunning with beautiful mountain views, well-maintained pools, and picturesque landscaping. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The highlight of my stay was the exquisite 3-course dinner prepared by the talented chef. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower with its breathtaking view. Angala was an amazing experience that I hope to repeat soon.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hidden gem. The chef here is truly inspired, providing us with one of the most impressive 3-course dinners we've had in a long time. The room was beautifully equipped and furnished, with a comfortable bed and crisp cotton linen. The additional outdoor shower had a breathtaking view over the valley. The staff team was attentive and accommodating, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The eco pool was clear and inviting, and the restaurant offered a delicious and creative menu. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Winelands, with easy access to Franschhoek, Paarl, and Stellenbosch. It is located in the hills, surrounded by stunning mountains, and offers beautiful views from every room. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art bathroom facilities. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is tasty. There are two swimming pools, including a natural eco pond/pool, and access to a sauna and steam room.
One of the drawbacks is the need to drive elsewhere for dinner if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Angala for my wife's birthday and it was absolutely magical. The view from the property is breathtaking, and the gardens and pools are like paradise. The staff, especially Aubry, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were even surprised with a birthday cake and song at breakfast! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful outside shower. The sauna and hot tub were a peaceful bliss. The longest serving staff member, Cerene, treated us like family. the team at Angala did an outstanding job.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities, including the spa and massage treatments, were top-notch. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available. Private facilities, including the treatment rooms, were a welcome addition to the stay. The location advantages provided by the beautiful mountain views and serene garden area were breathtaking.
We did experience a minor issue during our stay. The leisure/ TV room was lacking in modern technology and could benefit from an update.
